Talent Acquisition Partner Skills & requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

A Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for offering insight and support to the full talent acquisition process and relevant employee experience, focusing on implementing strategies related to attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSET:

1 - 3 years working experience in a similar role 


Experience with technical talent acquisition is critical


Experience in dealing with a high volume of applicants, so you should be comfortable using an applicant tracking system or relationship management software to keep up with candidates through the entire interview and onboarding process.


Solid understanding of HR practices


HR Qualification or related tertiary education is required

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Recruitment:


Identifying the best talent for each role using a variety of recruitment methods


Utilize innovative recruitment methods


Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers in partnership with the rest of the HR Team


Conduct reference checks 


Advertise and maintain ads on career portals 


Manage technical assignment pipeline 


Assist with delivery on recruitment plan and providing statistics for reporting purposes


Build and maintain a database of candidates (taking the POPI into consideration as well)


 


Onboarding support:


Assisting with the onboarding administration and process in line with the company’s employee experience requirements


Liaise with relevant departments and managers to ensure seamless onboarding


 


General:


Assisting with ad hoc HR and Operations related duties


Offer support and participate in the overall achievement of HR vision and strategy in line with business goals
