WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a creative Digital Content Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality content across a range of digital platforms, including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and video.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills, as well as a strong understanding of content marketing best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Create compelling and engaging content for different projects’ websites, blogs, social media channels, and email newsletters, including internal projects

  • Conduct research to identify relevant topics and trends to inform content creation

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic and engagement

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

  • Optimise content for search engines 

  • Assist with managing content production and coordinate with the designer and marketing coordinator

  • Conduct keyword research for blog posts and website content

  • Schedule social media content and upload blogs to the content management system

  • Assist with setting up ads on social media. (Training will be provided.)

  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics and use data to inform future content strategies

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSET:

  • Relevant Marketing qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in content production or related field

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Basic video scripting skills

  • Experience with SEO and keyword research

  • Knowledge of content marketing best practices

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, social media management tools, and analytics software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams 

  • Bonus: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn ad setup experience
