We are looking for a customer experience consultant with great communication and interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team. Our customer experience consultants will be responsible for interacting with product users on a daily basis, ensuring first level support but also providing guidance on how to successfully use the product.

You'll require 2–4 years experience as a customer experience consultant in the tech industry, and amazing communication and listening skills as you will be required to work in a high-pressure, technical environment. A relevant qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Degree) relating to customer experience would be to your advantage.

You'll be responsible for ensuring excellent, consistent customer support. This includes monitoring platforms and responding to incoming queries promptly.

You'll be expected to prepare monthly reports on relevant support and customer experience statistics. You should be able to suggest ways to enhance the customer experience process and recommend product improvements and changes.

You'll need to assist in managing the reputation of this amazing brand, ensuring that all queries regarding the brand are resolved efficiently. Referring to the brand guide is of utmost importance.

The perfect candidate for this position needs to be collaborative and organised; a team player with critical thinking skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
